Why the right specification matters
R10 is the baseline for most commercial wet areas and is fine for the customer-facing side of a salon or pub washroom. R11 is what you want behind the line in a working kitchen, in clinical wet rooms, and around shower areas in changing facilities. We will spec the right grade for each zone of the building so you are not over-paying in low-risk areas or under-protected in the high-risk ones.
