A new-build kitchen-diner in Fareham with a slightly uneven concrete slab and a brief for a warm, dark herringbone. We levelled with self-smoothing latex, set the pattern from the centre of the room, and trimmed in around the kitchen units rather than under them so a future kitchen swap will not lift the floor. Two days on site.
