About us

Most of what we do, we do ourselves. We come out and measure, order the materials, lift the old flooring, fit the new, and clear up after. There is no subcontractor in between who you have never met.

Word of mouth keeps us busy. Landlords and letting agents in Gosport, Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton call us back because we turn up when we say we will, and because we leave the place in a state you would be happy to hand keys back on. Homeowners find us through Facebook and through neighbours. Commercial clients tend to come to us when a job has a bit of trickiness to it: safety vinyl with cap and cove, awkward subfloor prep, work that has to happen around tenants or staff.

We are not the cheapest fitters in Hampshire and we are not the dearest. We are straight with you about what your room needs. If a carpet you have already picked out is wrong for the spot you want it in, we will say so.

What we fit

• Carpets, including wool, twist pile, loop and stair runners
• Luxury vinyl tile, including Karndean, Amtico and Quick-Step LVT
• Domestic sheet vinyl for kitchens and bathrooms
• Commercial vinyl and safety flooring at R10 and R11 slip ratings, with cap and cove finishes where the spec calls for it
• Laminate, including herringbone and plank formats
• Subfloor preparation, including latex screeds, plywood overlays and moisture management

Where we work

Gosport, Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton are our core patch. We also fit regularly in Waterlooville, Havant and Chichester, and travel across the rest of Hampshire on bigger jobs. If you are outside that area, call us anyway. We will be straight with you about whether the travel adds enough to the cost to make a difference.
